What we use

GigStar uses a small amount of storage in your browser to keep the site working. This includes cookies and similar technologies such as local storage.

Essential storage

• Sign-in session — keeps you logged in as you move around the site. Without it you would have to sign in on every page.
• Preferences — remembers things like drafts you have started, so they are still there when you come back.

Advertising

Some public pages show advertising provided by our advertising partner. These ads may use their own cookies to measure and limit how often ads are shown. Advertising never appears on sign-in, account, editing or admin pages.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential storage will stop sign-in from working, but you can still browse public pages.
