The basics

By using GigStar you agree to these terms. GigStar is a marketplace and community for live music: DJs, artists, bands, venues and event organisers can create profiles, and anyone can browse, follow, message and send booking requests.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details private — you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• The information on your profiles must be accurate and must not mislead people.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — music, photos, videos and text. By publishing it on GigStar you give us permission to display it on the site so the platform can work. Only upload content you have the rights to share.

Bookings and tickets

Booking requests and ticket listings are made between you and the other party. GigStar provides the platform but is not a party to those arrangements — please agree dates, fees and terms directly with each other.

Conduct

• No harassment, spam, scams or abusive behaviour.
• No impersonating other people or acts.
• No uploading unlawful or infringing material.

We can suspend, archive or remove profiles and accounts that break these rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. If we make significant changes we will note the new date at the top of this page.
